Our goal is to help you select the perfect instrument for your family’s needs. This is why we don’t pressure you into purchasing a piano. In fact, we go one step further. Not only will we help you research and select the ideal instrument, we will gladly exchange it with any other Riverton instrument of equal or higher value within the first 30 days after your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to Federal Copyright Laws, Riverton Music does not offer returns on the following items:

• Print music
• Printed resource materials
• CDs or books with CD
• MIDI files or books with MIDI
• Opened software

Riverton also does not offer returns or refunds on the following items:

• Musical instruments
• Special orders
• Online purchases
• Gift certificates or gift cards
• Print Music on Demand items
• Shipping charges

Trade-Up Plan

Because we only offer quality instruments that hold their value well over time, we are able to deliver one of the best investment guarantees in The Music Industry.  Purchase any acoustic piano from Riverton Music and receive a credit equal to the full amount of your pre-tax purchase price towards any qualified upgrade instrument within 10 years from your original purchase date. This plan is non-transferable.

Original Receipt

To better facilitate exchanges, warranty repairs and price matches, Riverton Music requires the original receipt or sales agreement be present.

Labor

Labor charges, including tuning, player installation, appraisals, moving, delivery and repair are non-returnable after the labor has been performed.

Deposits

All deposits (including trade-in items) are non-refundable.

Riverton Music Discretion

Riverton reserves the right to deny any exchange or trade.
